Unfortunately, many preventable diseases such as malaria, typhoid, measles, continue to kill millions of people annually in many less developed countries. The most affected are usually children who end up sick or orphans. 

Liberty Institute Of Advocates understands that most of these diseases are truly preventable, only if we could increase people’s awareness on the cost-effective methods to prevent those diseases. Liberty Institute Of Advocates thus plans to provide educational materials, in various languages to the affected areas. We believe that one by one, we can educate these affected communities. We hope to:

 

• Provide disease prevention assistance, e.g., mosquito nets, fumigation, cheap and effective hygiene methods, etc. We also continue to appeal for medical help in extreme cases where lives are at stake.

   

• Help in improving sanitary conditions that are usually the cause of these common preventable diseases in the less developed countries. We believe that increased awareness and community effort will dramatically lower these preventable diseases and ultimately improve their standards of living, relatively.

   

• Continually hold seminars, to sensitize the public in areas such as, improve surrounding conditions, eating habits, having protected sex to stop the spread of AIDS, and other non-monetary techniques of preventing diseases.

   

• Ask for assistance from well-wishers, and volunteers to help; both morally, and financially. Liberty Institute Of Advocates believes that there are many blessed people and organizations and would be willing to help these less-advantaged people in these communities.

AS ADVOCATES FOR PATIENT’S RIGHTS:

It is no secret that most aid to less developed countries does not reach the poor people who need that help. Instead, the leaders in power who have no desire to help the poor people but to stay in power for as long as they can continue to divert the aid to their selfish ends. Liberty Institute Of Advocates plans to monitor and observe the proper distribution of such aid from donors, e.g., medicine, blankets, funds, equipment, and other accessories from ending up on the open market.

 

We also plan to continue to protect the children against killer diseases, which have killed millions of children all over the world. We believe we are morally obligated to ensure that the financial help does not end up in the hands of the corrupt perpetrators but goes to the needy beneficiaries.

 

Regardless of the level of democracy of a particular country, we believe that patient’s rights need to be respected. We have enlisted medical teams loyal to our cause, and we believe we shall get more support to increase our ability to render medical services to the affected patients. In addition, with increased remote technology and continued support from the health sector, we believe we shall be able to provide free consultations to the patients. All these efforts once aligned, we believe we shall be able to monitor, and improve the quality of services to these affected people.
