Liberty Institute Of Advocates is deeply concerned about violation of justice: It is truly unfortunate that many politicians, law enforcement system, and local administrators, in many countries continue to abuse justice. This abuse of justice results in the total abuse of human rights, whichever way you cut it.

 

Our role is to ensure that there is smooth flow of justice among the people, and condemn the acts that could result into gross violation of justice administration.

 

We lobby, and negotiate with the bureaucrats that manipulate the systems to refuse justice to its people, by refusing them fair hearings in court.

 

We plan to lobby for free legal services to help those affected people who cannot afford hiring lawyers. Liberty Institute Of Advocates plans to put in place systems that will increase public awareness, with an aim of ending detention without trial, and unlawful arrests.

 

We are committed to create a conflict resolving method, through arbitration. When we do this, we shall have cut down lots of powers used by the law enforcement officers in executing their duties that in turn becomes an abuse of justice. We shall mount pressure to those administrations that violate the rights of the people. Depending on our resources and budget, our professional staff usually helps in the process of negotiating for this important cause. We have so far achieved some very good progress in many areas, and we hope to achieve even more.
