Business Overview

Summary: The Liberty Institute of Advocates for Peace and Justice is a non-profit "NGO" formed to make a difference in the less privileged areas of the world by fighting the corruption in these countries. This fight is accomplished through the exposure of those institutions that block true development and infrastructure while misappropriating the funds contributed to those entities.

Liberty is committed to the principles of democracy and engendering peace through both education and the bringing of real infrastructure and jobs to the people of these countries. We will ensure that these projects go to those that need them most, that the funds donated will only go where designated and that everything we are involved in will be audited annually.

Business Plan: Liberty is committed to working through and with the support of the highest levels of government in each country. This is done through the building of relationships and expanding on connections made with key leaders in each of the countries established.  The Institute is structured in such a way that it is a facilitator for companies and organizations that want to do business, and, who have as a part of their business plan, the stated intent to help people in undeveloped and underdeveloped countries.

Liberty is continually searching for businesses and organizations that can help bring infrastructure, jobs and relief from suffering. Usually these organizations have the best of intentions but are unable to accomplish their goal due to corruption and theft in the countries they wish to serve. We use our government relationships to facilitate the implementation of business projects and humanitarian donations.

Liberty is not an operations company. We do not carry a large payroll and have a very limited overhead. Our goal is to use the highest percentage of funds received to create more new projects as well as to help those who need it most.

Structure: Liberty currently has a board of directors consisting of Godius Yesigye, chairman and president, and Gordon Waldock, vice president. We have provided for a CFO and two additional members to sit as directors of the governing board. The current two directors are also officers of the corporation.

Liberty is currently looking to fill the CFO position. This person will fill a seat on the governing board and will be experienced in the area of non profits and international finance.

The organization shall also have an advisory board by invitation to individuals who have expertise and competence in the areas that the organization is doing business.

Financial: The Liberty Institute of Advocates for Peace and Justice is registered as a 501(c)3 non profit organization under the Internal Revenue Code of the IRS in the United States of America.

Note: We are currently operating as a start up organization funded privately by the two current officers of the corporation.

Specifics:

1. Help existing organizations and NGO's to accomplish their goals without having to pay exorbitant fees or see their humanitarian efforts thwarted by corruption.

2. Identify businesses that can help develop the infrastructure of a country and help bring them to market using the best practices and new technologies.

3. Create new indigenous companies to implement the opportunities created

4. These companies would provide new sources of income for the disenfranchised youth

5. Provide start up funds through micro finance to keep the youth focused on growth and development, as opposed to joining fringe and terrorist organizations. Also, to elevate communities out of poverty to keep them from being under the thumb of corrupt local politicians

6. Connect other NGO's, such as business development organizations, to help facilitate and train these new companies

7. Audit the performance of all organizations under our direction to ensure that they are running efficiently and that there is no corruption or graft involved

8. Use a major percentage of the commissions earned to bring relief to those who most need it

9. Create a training network to help the people identify corruption and to help fight against it

Ethics: We will always act with the highest level of ethics. We will not participate in any corrupt actions involving bribes, diversion of funds or supporting the goals of private individuals. We will only do business with companies that practice their business in an ethical and moral manner. We will have our books audited annually by an independent source and would expect that our partners will do the same.Temp
